Net3t Ltd offer an annual service level agreement to support primary schools who need IT support technicians at their disposal. We provide weekly visits to our schools to solve all technical problems & do routine maintenance checks plus 16 additional hours per year that can be used as and when the school requires (setting up new equipment, rollouts, training etc) we can solve any technical problems on our weekly visits as well as maintenance checks. Support services we offer

Full service level agreement- 1 visit per week to solve all technical problems & routine maintenance checks plus 16 hours per year to be used as and when required by the school (examples, training, setting up new equipment etc)

Pay as you go support- if you feel that you don't require a SLA we can provide support on a pay as you go basis this is charged at our standard hourly rate

Our support packages are not only cost-effective, but is also very flexible.
